The Project Agency shall provide all the features and deliverables as a part of the project delivery and should be delivered on or before the delivery date.

a. You will receive the project delivery including the deliverables mentioned above and the project features specified. Any additional requirements will incur additional charges. For example, each additional class beyond the allocated classes will cost ₹400 per class.

b. Communication: The Project Agency agrees to exclusively communicate with the customer through this platform only and does not use this platform for any marketing or promotional activities. Any violation of this term may result in banning from the platform and termination of the current contract.

c. The project timeline is agreed upon, with a grace period of up to two days for unforeseen delays. Extensions beyond this period may be subject to penalties.

d. The Project Agency is required to provide regular project updates throughout the project period via the update section of the project, accompanied by proper documentation such as diagrams, flowcharts, and relevant materials, which may vary depending on the software/hardware projects.

Payment Terms:

The Project Agency shall receive the total project cost upon 100% completion and approval from the customer's side. In any case of customer irresponsiveness or project abandonment, we will assure the payment of the work done till that date based on the features.

d. Updates: You will receive regular updates on the project's progress, including some documentation such as diagrams and relevant materials.

e. Documentation: As part of our commitment to transparency and quality, we will document the project's journey, including a comprehensive video showcasing. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to being included in this video documentation, understanding that it may be used for promotional or educational purposes by the Project Agency. If you wish to opt out of appearing in the video, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
